Conveyed a sense of peace and tranquility to anxious patients by bringing in more natural light and using soothing colors. Durable, commercial textiles will help the office look fresh for many years to come. The pediatric operatories were infused with color and a splash of playfulness. A new logo and signage were also created for the practice.

Transform a dark, former call center that had been purchased after sitting vacant for 10+ years. The owner relied on us to provide guidance on what short-term improvements would help the space present better and ultimately lease. Exterior building and landscape improvements were key in gaining attention.
RESULT:
Interior space accommodates multiple lessees in a bright, modern environment. Exterior design and landscaping generate a feeling of upscale office space.
